The following schedule includes completed and estimated dates for U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) rulemaking activities for 2013. Dates for prospective events are based on the published DOE schedules, if available, or ASAP estimates. The “status” column indicates completed items and items that have passed without DOE completing them. Items highlighted in yellow are those for which DOE has missed a statutory or judicial deadline, or, in the case of microwave ovens and certain IRLs, a self-imposed deadline for completing a new standard.
